• Classic (ACC) Specialist

  • Total 8+ years of experience
  • Customer Journey mapping
  • For Business discovery - ability to work with clients to understand requirements and map these into Customer Journeys
  • Experience with customer channels like Email, Mobile Push, SMS
  • Bonus for landing pages
  • Building Emails / web pages and templates
  • Via code (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
  • Via drag-and-drop editors
  • Personalization
  • Direct Experience with AEP/AJO
  • AEP “XDM” data schemas
  • AEP customer profiles
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Notably of email interactions (Email clicks, email opens, etc.)
  • “IP warming” and deliverability - key practices for email tool implementation projects
  • Bonus for experience with Offers and offer decisioning.

  Job Type: Fixed term contract

  Contract length: 12 months

  Pay: $65.00 per hour

  Expected hours: 40 per week

  Work Location: In person
