About the role:
As our Graphic Design & UI/UX Specialist, you'll be the visual architect behind our brand and product experiences. You'll be responsible for rapidly producing everything from impactful marketing materials to user-friendly interfaces that delight our clients. - Quickly producing high-quality graphic design assets for our website, social media, presentations, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. This includes logos, infographics, banners, brochures, and more.
- Designing intuitive and user-centered interfaces (UI) for our web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Conducting user research and analysis (UX) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and iterate efficiently based on feedback.
- Ensuring consistency in branding and visual language across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Collaborating closely with our development and product teams to translate design specifications into functional and visually appealing products, with a focus on timely delivery.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our visual presence is modern and impactful.
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines with efficiency and precision.

- Exceptional graphic design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual design work (digital and potentially print).

- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma (or Sketch).

- A keen eye for visual aesthetics, typography, and layout.
