About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Transformation Consultant (STC) to play a key role in driving innovation and digital delivery within a large public-sector organization.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, transformation teams, and delivery partners to enhance user experience, streamline services, and modernize operations. This is a unique opportunity to influence change at scale and support the shift toward agile, human-centred, and data-driven practices.
Responsibilities
As a Service Transformation Consultant, you will:
- Provide expert guidance on digital delivery, agile product development, and service transformation.
- Coach and mentor executive leadership teams on organizational change, governance, and capacity building.
- Support and lead product/platform teams from discovery to continuous improvement.
- Facilitate strategic workshops and conversations to align diverse stakeholder needs.
- Develop and present frameworks, models, and briefing materials for senior executives.
- Build and measure digital capability, culture, and transformation outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital transformation, service design, and agile delivery.
- Strong background advising or coaching senior leadership on organizational change.
- Experience with large-scale transformation projects in either public or private sector.
- Skilled in facilitation, executive coaching, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of human-centred design and modern data practices.
- Eligible for Enhanced Security Clearance (RCMP Top Secret may be required later).
Contract Details
- Duration: 1 year (with potential extension up to 2 years)
- Hours: Full-time (7.25 hrs/day), flexibility as required
- Work Arrangement: Remote-first; occasional travel to Alberta for workshops or field research
