We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services to potential clients across various industries.
This role requires traveling to different locations, understanding clients' needs, and presenting tailored solutions to help them meet their hiring objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Travel to various companies to promote services and build client relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and understand industry trends.
• Develop and present customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
• Organize and attend networking events to expand the agency’s presence and client base.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and follow-up actions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the staffing or HR services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
