  Job Overview

  We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of cabinetry production, from selecting materials to assembling and finishing. You’ll play a key role in crafting high-quality cabinets that meet both our technical and design standards.

  This position requires someone who is physically fit, quality-driven, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Select appropriate materials, tools, and fittings for each build
  • Cut and shape materials to required specifications
  • Interpret technical drawings and design plans
  • Build both standard and custom cabinet components
  • Assemble and finish cabinetry, applying sealants, varnishes, or paint when necessary
  • Perform quality inspections on finished products
  • Repair damaged or returned cabinets as needed
  • Adhere to safety standards and wear required protective gear
  • Offer advice on proper product care when requested
  • Suggest workflow improvements and catalog additions when applicable

  Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Completion of a cabinetry apprenticeship or formal training preferred
  • Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker with a portfolio of work
  • Ability to visualize layouts and furniture arrangements
  • Strong measurement and arithmetic skills
  • Keen attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  Job Type: Full-time

  Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

  Expected hours: 40 per week

  Work Location: In person
