We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Agent to join our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of cold calling experience in an international campaign and possess excellent communication and persuasion skills. This is a performance-driven role where your primary focus will be on generating leads, setting appointments, and contributing to overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to international prospects and introduce company services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow proven cold calling scripts while personalizing conversations where necessary.
- Handle objections professionally to maintain prospect engagement.
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate call notes and client information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve campaign results.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling or outbound sales (B2B/B2C or Call Center).
- Experience in international campaigns (USA, UK, Canada, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in dealing with objections and closing leads.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
