Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data within the capital or fixed markets domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis and generate detailed reports to support informed decision-making.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute project plans effectively.
Requirements:
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is required (Level I is acceptable).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the capital or fixed markets industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets products, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and investment banking.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements is desirable.
