    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker and Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in designing, crafting, assembling, and installing high-quality cabinetry for commercial and residential spaces, excluding kitchen cabinetry. The candidate must possess expert knowledge in woodworking techniques, precision measurements, and various materials.

    Responsibilities:

    • Interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders to determine specifications, dimensions, and materials required.
    • Craft and assemble cabinetry including wardrobes, office cabinets, storage units, entertainment centers, and custom furniture.
    • Use woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and accurately.
    • Ensure that finished products meet strict quality and design standards.
    • Perform onsite installation ensuring precision alignment and secure mounting.
    • Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and clients to deliver custom solutions.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
    • Address onsite challenges proactively, ensuring client satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cabinet making and installation (non-kitchen cabinetry).
    • Expert knowledge of woodworking equipment, tools, and techniques.
    • Ability to read and interpret detailed plans and specifications accurately.
    • Exceptional precision and attention to detail.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Physically fit, able to lift heavy materials and equipment.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with various wood finishes and treatments.
    • Familiarity with CAD software for cabinet design.
    • Ability to mentor and train junior team members.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week

    Work Location: In person
