Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our services.
- Develop leads and set appointments to support our sales pipeline.
- Follow well-structured cold calling scripts while adapting to the conversation flow.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads.
- Address objections professionally and keep prospects engaged.
- Keep up with industry trends to better position our offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience in a similar role (Call Center or B2B/B2C).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Confidence in handling rejections and objection management.
- Target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
- Reliable, organized, and committed to meeting goals.
