    As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing highly skilled technical professionals with our client partners. You’ll collaborate closely with account managers, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions that meet business needs and exceed expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand job requirements, culture, and hiring goals.
    • Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies using various tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, networking, referrals, and social media.
    • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong match with client expectations.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future roles.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure long-term engagement and success.
    • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    Qualifications:

    • 2–3 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably within an agency setting.
    • Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in IT, engineering, or skilled trades roles.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and market trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
    • Experience with ATS systems, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Job Bank).
    • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is an asset.
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
    • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
