We are seeking a Senior ETL Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who will champion quality assurance practices across complex data integrations and system interfaces. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and creativity to drive innovative testing solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Testing Life Cycle, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and defect management processes.
- Strong knowledge of QE processes, methodologies, and test design techniques.
- Hands-on experience with qTest, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Proven experience in Agile project methodologies.
- Skilled in testing complex end-to-end systems involving multiple interfaces and dependencies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting using ICAP.
- Good understanding of SQL and database testing practices.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and integrated testing environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Testing (MBT) tools such as ConformIQ or Hexawise.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Working knowledge of GitHub, PUTTY, and Jenkins.
