  • Location: Mississauga, ON (3 days hybrid from Day 1)

    Are you a skilled Data Integrator passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? We're seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Consultant, Data & Analytics. In this role, you'll be instrumental in helping our clients unlock the true value of their data, guiding them toward data-driven decision-making.

    About the Role

    As a Data Integrator, you'll collaborate directly with clients to understand their unique data and analytics requirements. You'll then leverage your expertise to recommend and implement cutting-edge solutions. Working closely with our technology and analytics teams, you'll ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects, driving impactful outcomes for our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with clients to thoroughly understand their data and analytics needs, providing expert recommendations and solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
    • Conduct in-depth research and data analysis, developing strategic approaches to help clients maximize the value of their data assets.
    • Prepare comprehensive technical specifications, compelling presentations, and insightful reports to support your recommendations.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with technology and analytics teams to ensure project delivery is on schedule and within budget.
    • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices, evaluating their potential impact and applicability to client data and analytics initiatives.
    • Provide valuable training and support to other team members as needed.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager, Data & Analytics.

    What You'll Bring

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
    • Min 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics or data integration.
    • Strong understanding of data analytics techniques and tools, including SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and PowerBI.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
    • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Experience with project management methodologies.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships.

    Job Type: Fixed term contract

    Contract length: 6-12 months
