    The Opportunity: We are seeking three highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineers with 5-10 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, managing critical middleware services, and ensuring the seamless operation of our applications.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and support middleware services and application mappings.
    • Configure, deploy, and maintain web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx) and application servers (e.g., Tomcat).
    • Implement and orchestrate API management solutions, integrating with application workflows.
    • Develop and manage monitoring and alerting strategies using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace.
    • Gain a deep understanding of application flows to provide effective support and troubleshooting.
    • Work with OIDC and SAML authentication protocols.
    • Implement and manage provisioning flows.
    • Apply CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) knowledge to secure and manage user identities.
    • Perform effective troubleshooting using logs and monitoring tools.
    • Manage basic certificate lifecycles and renewals.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • 5-10 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer.
    • Proven experience with middleware services and application mappings.
    • Hands-on experience with web server (e.g., Apache, Nginx) and Tomcat deployments.
    • Familiarity with API Management concepts and orchestration.
    • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools, specifically Splunk and Dynatrace.
    • Ability to understand complex application flows and provide comprehensive support.
    • Knowledge of OIDC and SAML authentication.
    • Experience with provisioning flows.
    • Understanding of CIAM principles and practices.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and utilizing monitoring tools.
    • Basic knowledge of certificate management.

    Preferred Skills (A Plus!):

    • Experience with ForgeRock products (e.g., ForgeRock Access Management, ForgeRock Identity Management).

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: $140,000.00 per year

    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Day shift
    • Monday to Friday
    • Weekends as needed

    Experience:

    • ForgeRock (Access, Identity Management) experience .: 6 years (preferred)

    Work Location: In person
